White Calla Lily Poem by D.N. Rebb

White Calla Lily

Rating: 5.0

From heavens above, the white calla lily
Like a newborn, remembered
A beautiful romance, with singing angels
Calling back their unleashed bird

Cathedrals sing of the white calla lily
The conductor, boldly leads
A look that requires no apology
As the symphony proceeds

No argument for the white calla lily
A merger of inner peace
That still reverberates repetitively
And all great stress is released

Inside cold bunker, the white calla lily
Perhaps a final farewell
With all the barren sand in the Sahara
Stories for all to retell
