Who Am I? Poem by Purnima Manhas

Who Am I?

Rating: 4.5

Born
Brought up
Grown
Known
Into changing time

Learned
Unlearned
Remembered
Moved
Into changing consciousness

Woken
Slept
Dreamt
Risen
Into changing circumstances

Loved
Lived
Stained
Screamed
Into changing feelings

Broke
Made
Gathered
Transformed
Into changing dimensions

Crumbled
Fumbled
Stumbled
Torn
Into changing self

Stood
Stayed
Frayed
Lurked
Into changing motion

Who am I?

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
:) Have always seen the changing colors of world. People change, time changes, situations change, feelings change, thoughts change. Change is the basis of this creation. It's been written out of curiosity from changing to eternal. I hope you could relate to it!

Who am I......? A puzzling question asked to oneself from time immemorial.....! We too ask the same question. But I don't think a satisfactory answer has so far been found out! Man is the sum total of the changes he has undergone with passing times! As long as the current of time keeps flowing we too will change until one day when we........merge with the infinite! A poem which sets one thinking and thinking! Enjoyed! Thanks for reading my poem and the great comment!
