Who Am I Poem by Sadashivan Nair

Who Am I

Bewilders me, as I don't know,
Who am I, what for am I in this world?
Am I the body or the soul?
Never seen,
Nor felt the real me, myself;
Some sages inscribed,
The body is tool,
For life form to accomplish karma;
Who directs and who has,
The bridle in hand to direct me?
Can't move an inch,
Without the will of who captivates me,
Throughout my life span;
Over the time I realized,
The destiny draws a map,
You follow that;
Nothing moves without it's will;
