Whole Again Poem by Natasha Edwards

Whole Again

I Lift my sleepy head from my pillow
While thoughts of last night
Still echo round my head
From our last fight

Tell me when did we become strangers
When did we loose our way?
When did the cause divide us
That use to make us want to stay

How can we get back, what we had before
Pick up the broken pieces from off the floor
Make love to me till we are no longer strangers
Kiss me and melt the anger and pain
Why can't your love rain down on me?
And make me whole again.
