I have been thinking about you lately.
Why did you do what you did to me?
You took so much,
My innocence,
My emotions,
My ability to trust.
Almost took my life!

I have been thinking about you lately.
How I first loved and trusted you.
Then was confused by what you did.
Why?
Then there was pain, horrible pain.
The love turned to fear and confusion.
Why?

I have been thinking about you lately.
The anger is coming because of
All you took from me.
I had to fight hard to get it all back.
I am confused no more.
The fear is gone.
The nightmares you caused are almost gone.

I have been thinking about you lately.
Now I know why.
Now I am not seven.
Now I am a Woman.
Now I can fight back.
Now I am a Warrior.
Now I am fighting back.
