Why Can'T Today Be Tommorow Too Poem by Julianne Richey

Why Can'T Today Be Tommorow Too

In rain the terpsichores dance
Barefoot with no care
Affection is in the air
Quivering fingers and pointed toes
We are all moving
We shake away our woes
The music and I collide
I was so elated I could've cried
Why can't I always feel this way
Passerbys watch our display
We don't mind eachothers idiosyncrasy
I want to stay
Don't stop me
