Why did you shut me out
When you said you loved me
Was I not good enough
Were my kisses not sweet enough
Perhaps my hugs were cold at times
Please tell me why
I climbed the highest mountain for you
I wrote beautiful songs about you
I cherished and adored you
I admired and just loved you
What did I do wrong
Was it something I said
Didn't I email you often enough
Were my sms's too short
Please let me know
I really did try my best
And I really meant it when I said I love you
You were always my tomorrow
As you were my yesterday
Please tell me why
So I can make things right
I'll take back all my wrongs
To make things right
If only you would just tell me why
