If the govt. is welfare-oriented,
Why does,
Does it give
License to wine shops,
Ale houses,
Liquor stalls,
Bars
By the roadside,
In the market place
And the bazaar,
Sprawling
On the highways
To make the drivers drink
And fall flat
With vehicles?
