Why Fail In Life?

Some think that hell; is here on earth?
That death’s an end to all?
The truth of Christ so little worth
They fail to heed God’s call

You’ve been to school, you think you’re wise
The truth is what you see
You’re so wrapped up in worldly ties
You fail to bend your knee

Yet still you think to understand
You think there’s nothing wrong
You fail to see the truth at hand
Singing the devil’s song

You dance to Satan’s evil tune
His favours cloud your mind
For though your path’s eternal ruin
Through lust your eyes are blind

You hate the truth despise the light
The facts you fail to seek
The devil’s robbed you of your sight
And made your senses weak

The devil has you bound in jail
But Christ can set you free
So why continue yet to fail
When Jesus is The Key

The living Christ is Heaven’s Door
God’s Lamb and One true Son
To Him we sail from every shore
And see our battle’s won

Too long the devil’s cheated you
To long you’ve played his fool
Come drink through Christ, The Morning Dew
Become God’s chosen tool.
