Why Should I? - Poem by Neela Nath

(1)
Why should I walk with
life if it can't gift
me a blooming morning?
Am I behind a water fall?
Listening the music
but can't play the
string of my heart!
(2)

Morning, morning
show me the day.
when will all glum
just fade away?
Fade in and fade out,
how long will I say,
life, life lend me
the escalating way.
I'll move, and jump
like my childhood days.
I won't ever walk
on the hackneyed old way!

Because you have a choice, give up and take the easy way out.
Or get up and fight back and take what life offers you and turn it into gold. (Report) Reply
