"Wildest Dreams" Sonnet Poem by Z.I. Mahmud

"Wildest Dreams" Sonnet

Rating: 5.0

Lo!Tis I die a thousand times indeed
In seditious and lascivious desire of wildest dreams
To procurement ofthat eternal bliss
Heavenly kiss that adrift lofty lips
Damsel of thine own heart doth peril
Jove's apparition of supernatural whims
Swallows, engulfs, devoursme with bemusing woes.
To steal perdition from the altar of the cathedral
Mourning still fountain of relishing hopes
That daunting downpour unveils the vicarage
As if a country-boy struggling to gather frosty debris
Snow storms have destroyed those appealing harvest
Maiden Emily got lost into vexation's valley
Until the shadow of death doth perform vanity's vice
