Will Faith Be Found

In rags in robes scarlet and blue
Crowns festooned with gold
What is the goal our souls pursue?
What will our lives unfold?

Where is the faith where is the love?
The selfless deeds of Light
Where are the prayers through Christ above?
To fight the righteous fight

The face of God we need to seek
Gathering near and far
Present ourselves humble and meek
Before The Morning Star

Consider Jesus night and day
Bowing our faithful knees
Seeking counsel, His virtuous Way
Our Father’s will to please

The Saviour of each humble soul
Of light of truth and love
Who heals and makes the broken whole
Paving the way above

Who can ascend God’s holy hill?
Who’ll stand before His eyes
Servants doing His perfect will
Surely will one day rise

Their walk will lead to Holy Ground
Trusting God’s Lamb &Son
Who’s faith in Christ Jesus is found
Will find their battle won

Sometimes we’ll fail and fall God short
Stumbling life’s ardent climb
But through true faith in Christ’s report
Will stand the test of time
