Winter Storm

The tropical winter in Munnar hills,  

Brings in due and mild mist every morning,  

Brings out the coveted taste within us,  

And thick fog covers us in the evening. 



Playing a hideous game this season,  

The sun shows up bright and strong sparingly,  

Bringing the humid air this mild season, 

Helping us to sprout all over lushly. 



We bring that rich aroma they covet,  

The people love the taste of Munnar tea, 

And where we flourish richly they visit,  

We're part of their life; they come to sight-see.



We rejuvenate their spirits high up;

We are the thunder storm in their tea cup.
