1. from a female standpoint it's about being very intellectual, funny and sweet but not having a great body up top to catch the attention of men. Our Society is over-sexualized so some women feel like implants will bring them what they really want only to find out it was a shallow desire in the end and that it didn't in fact bring them what they really craved.

2. From a males perspective it's about being so cut off from society that the only women they interact with are in their minds or online. They are so completely invested into their online connection and imagination that they never really get to connect with the female species in a natural way anymore.
