Wish I Could
Can you see the tears? can you see the smile?
Can you see my efforts to make you mine
Can you hear the silence? can you hear the chimes?
Can you hear the melody that's saying it's time
Can you feel the tension? can you feel the bumps?
Can you feel the feel the distance growing between us?
Can you stay bit a longer? can I ask something that's not right?
Can you stay forever and always on my sight?
Can I unsee the truth behind your lies?
Can I unhear the screams I heard behind your smile?
Can I unfeel the feelings that I felt when you were mine?
Can I undo the sins committed on you throughout time?
Can I ask something that's not right? Bittersweet and heart wrenching, every line, every bit. How time plays its trick on all of us! If only we could! If only it were that easy: /
