Wishing
I sit right by you but you don't see,
The wish that lies inside of me,
That one day, You'll understand,
Why I am the way I am.

Poet's Notes about The Poem
Do you ever wish someone thought you were good enough? Or that people accepted you? Because no one even tries to get close enough to understand me. They thunk there is a line of knowledge they can't cross I guess.

in the comment by Yoonoos, below, i hope he/she means few words, where i just read few. that makes sense to me.
Aivilo, i read your poem and at first did not follow it the way i believe you wrote it. now i think i understand that the last two lines ARE the wish. maybe the capital letter at start of third line threw me off. i usually don't leave capitals at the start of all my lines. i don't think that is a requirement of a poem. i wonder what is the significance of the capital Y on You'll? thanks for sharing. i like it.
in very few-meaningful ideas are conveyed...
