Wishing I Could Do Something Right Poem by Jennifer Ortiz

Wishing I Could Do Something Right

Rating: 5.0

Wishing I could do something right,
But its never good enough.

I sit here waiting for a complement,
But it never comes.

Could have I made an impact,
with people?

'Do something worth your time',
someone says.

Something that you could have done now,
but your putting off till tomorrow.

Right, like they will 'try' to understand,
But they won't.

But could you have done something better?

It's harder than you think.

Never able to talk about how you feel.

Good times, turn into bad memories.

Enough, is enough. Its time to go....

Jennifer Could you have done something better? It's easier than you think. Get out of the rut, stop talking about how you feel. Ask others how they feel and then really care. Good times will come full of good memories. Get with it girl and make a mark. Then write a happy poem. Adeline

An outburst of your heart that vividly describes your emotions and and humble feelings through this well penned and poignant write! It is not easy but it can been done while you are under the umbrella of three magic Words: DESIRE, DETERMINATION and PERSUASION, then and only then, time will tell! Think, think and think, then read, read and read (other poets works) Write, write and write about any subject and make sure you are accompanied by our best friends: A magic pen, a blank notebook and our faithful friend: Mr. Dictionary! 10+++ Keep inspiring the World with your poetic talent!
