With A Gentle Stroke Of My Fingertips Poem by Claude Davis III

With A Gentle Stroke Of My Fingertips

With a gentle stroke of my fingertips
I feel skin as soft as an angel's wing.
We hold each other tight and lock lips.
With that kiss our souls cling.

With our souls intertwined
I give a promise of endless love.
And I pray thats what you have in mind.
Because I know you're someone I will never get tired of.

My future is not imaginable without you.
I want you in my arms forever.
Since my first gaze into your eyes I knew.
Breaking your heart; I will never.
