Without You Poem by Mary Loretto Walsh

Without You

Opening my eyes
I see you sleeping beside me
I reach out to stroke your hair
greying at the edges soft and smooth.
A shiver courses through me
as teh thought of you not being here invades
the tranquility of the moment.
You are my all, my very being, my love
