Woke To Transcend Poem by Terence George Craddock

Woke To Transcend

so often
woke
in the night

to write
wrote
in my mind

in the dark
ephemeral
thoughts

life defining
day defining
creativity mining

diamond alley
countless
diamond thoughts

always shining
gleaming
sparkling sparkle

in my mind
so often
yet rarely

written out
left
in their faultless

seams
faultless seams
left

for other dreams
this bliss beauty
in velvet dark

ever spring waiting
glorious enlightenment
lit vibrant park

of dazzling light
so often sparkles
in my soul night

it is sought birthright
an organic slice
of vibrational heaven

meeting
in my leaven
mind

speaking
beauty
words

so fine so rarely
shared feared
by metal minds

living
clocks gears
materialism

control power fears
inflicted mind game gamblers
with emotional despairs

while artists
of light live
in perpetual

harvest
summer
days

thoughts race
with the wind
lost far away

we embrace
light in the night
we souls of light

we seed
dim earth hearts
dimensions

with seeds
of light
we give

we embrace
you born
into your world

to give
to you when
our light

must
eventually
permeate

your souls
raise you into
our thoughts

of light
when you
may share

our light
our night
born

into universal harmonies
to sow seeds of love reason
rationality humanity

into dark
matter earth lost
mentalities

preparing
a lost planet
a lost world

to transcend
into previously planned
envisaged

cosmic kindness
which in stellar stars
glows

come walk
our stardust roads
learn

to stretch light
wings fly cosmos
wonders waiting
