Woman

Woman- a multiple superposition of images- a subtlety in kind
Woman- a simplicity wrapped in complexity- a contradiction in kind
Woman- a strength concealed under vulnerability- a sensitivity in kind
Woman- the partner of man in the art of creation- a complicity in kind

Woman- a lap of comfort for her man and children- a protection in kind
Woman- a passionate heart and an ambitious mind- an individual in kind
Woman- a thinker eager to share her world- a teacher in kind
Woman- a fiery nature contained within a cold exterior- a duality in kind

Woman- a rare potential for cruelty and jealousy- a destroyer in kind
Woman- a charmer capable of fascinating man- a magician in kind
Woman- a talent and intelligence freshly tapped- a discovery in kind
Woman- a power and beauty unmatched as yet- a masterpiece in kind...

Poet's Notes about The Poem

Wrote this on Woman's day. I think a woman is a far more complex and interesting creature than what we actually appreciate in her.

The dissections of a woman by one who is a woman herself cannot be wrong. I agree to your definitions, of all kinds, of a woman, as also to what you've said in your note.
'Woman- a rare potential for cruelty and jealousy- a destroyer in kind' - This is one aspect I am the least keen to see in a woman. (Report) Reply
