If you don’t listen
Words stay violent
Even when you whisper
Words of love
Of hate and despair
Tell them, yell out
Life is unfair
Words stay silent
If you don’t speak
Words stay violent
Even when you sleep
Words of friendship
In a dream
Words that form lies
Because you’re weak
Silent words will
Not be heard
Violent words will
Be answered one day
