Words And Deeds Poem by Barbara Haskell

Words And Deeds

Rating: 3.5

We harm others,
with words and deeds,
rarely considering
that they have their own needs.
We interfere and argue,
never letting the negative cease.
We insist ours
is the only way,
Do as we do,
Do as we say.
God must look down
at all this strife
and wonder why, oh, why,
did He give us life.

God created us in His likeness...He only hope we will take the chance for us to reconcile, repent and ask forgiveness to save our souls.Nice poetry, top mark.
