Worries Poem by JoAnn McGrath

Worries

Rating: 5.0

Lately I've been going through
somethings that get me down
I'm affraid to say that I'm in need
of someone to pick me off the ground

They tell me that I should leave
my troubles to the Lord
So my load will be much lighter and
life won't be a double edged sword

With so many prayers being said
by so many in His flock
How can He get to mine
and make my life a steady rock?

I know without the pain in life
we don't appreciate the best
But I sure would like a little help
So my worries can take a rest

Pain, emotional, whatever, is a most difficult load. You are not expected to go it alone. You have a shoulder here, though I'm light, tiny and not that strong. Sooooooooooooo GLAD to hear from you and see you haven't left planet earth. hugs, marci. xoxoxoxo

Who will listen and offer advice, offer a shoulder when all you need is to cry, and then will dry your eyes...
