Would you be the one for me?

Would you be the one for me?
The one I searched for & I never see.
Would you be my love?
The love that will grow like one thousand years old Tree
Would it be true?
That there is someone as pure as you
Do you really exist?
Or it’s just a miracle, a heaven’s gift?
Would you be a repay for my pain?
Or this is my own heart claim?
Would I find you some day?
Or God didn’t listen to my pray.
Would I finally die in your arm?
Or I have to bury my self with all this harm?
And if I find you would you treat me nice?
Or your heart will turn out to be a cube of ice?
I will never loss hope I will search for you all the way.
Hoping that one day I will find the love that will stay

Poem of the Day

poet John Clare

I love to see the old heath's withered brake
Mingle its crimpled leaves with furze and ling,
While the old heron from the lonely lake
Starts slow and flaps its melancholy wing,
