Wrong People Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

Wrong People

Try not to be provoked,
Into any argument.
With people stubborn.
Wanting to be right.
When they are wrong.
Day and night.
To then become offended,
Using inappropriate language...
No one chooses.
Respectfully.
With a demeaning meant,
That does not belong.
Let people like this,
Discover for themselves...
Stupidity to own,
Is theirs alone to find that out.
This is more satisfying,
Than calling them fools.
But then again...
There are fools who seek and want,
The attention to them given!
