woke up today
and i've been knocked down
dying here
because your not around

a distant memory
a thought in my head
you stole my heart
and left me dead

but no
you wont be the death of me
i may be blind but i can see
that you and i weren't meant to be

i'm going to forget your voice
and forget your face
and watch my love
turn into hate

i'm better off on my own
happy and alone
than to be with you
just learn that this takes two
