I've always wondered how it would be if it was you and I
Would you always be by my side holding me tight
Holding me during the winter storms
During those hard rough times

You know theres not a day that goes by
That I don't think about you and I
Cause I know you were always meant to be mine
I just never thought you would ever agree

But I'm glad that you did
Cause I know now that you were always meant to be mine
Its you and I together forever
You are always the one I loved since the first day I met you

I needed protection from all the pain
And you knew that I needed love
You came in and saved me from all the pain
Wiped away these tears

You are more than enough for me I don't know what I would do without you
I will always have a special place for you in my heart
You and I will never fade
Cause my heart will remember us till the day I die
