In a world of lies you are my truth
I need you here by my side
To hold my hand to be my guide,
You are my sun
You are my moon
You are the tree on which I bloom
You are the light that brightens my day
You are the path that shows me the way
You are the gift sent from up above
You are the hand to fill my glove,
You are my night
You are my day
You are the star
That shows me the way,
You are the fire that sets me aflame
What we have, has no name
If I was a river
I’d run to your sea
Because of you
I believe in me,
The tears I cry are tears of joy
That fly away on angels wings
When we are together
I hear the heavens sing,
You are my start
You are my end
To your will
I will always bend.
