The path you take in life
Is there for you to choose
You will be the one
To decide if you win or lose

Please don’t blame others
For things you haven’t got
Why don’t you turn your life around
Then give it your best shot

It’s easy to sit and complain
When you feel deprived
You can do something about it
It’s up to you if you want thrive

Take a good look around
Look at those who have succeeded
You rarely hear them complain
Because, they went and got what they needed

They achieved it through hard work
Sometimes with sweat and tears
Never did they ever say
They wanted to hear the cheers

So you have full control
As to your failure or success
Because those who do succeed
Are always giving their best
