You Learn To Pray

You learn to pray by praying
Or maybe you've never heard
That's why you're not getting any answers
For your voice God's never heard
Don't be shy about it
God knows your name for sure
Why put Him off any longer
Come near...come near...come near!

Every burden that you've ever had
Tell it to the Lord
He won't be judgemental here
But will listen to your every word
Why pay for some counseling
When His is absolutely free
Check out for yourself the truth of it
For its in God's Word you see!

Give God some time and attention
And you'll get back blessings in spades
For He's the very heart of the matter
You need Him for every day
So come humbly to His throne of grace
With your implementation of prayer
And O yes! ...don't forget about your burdens
Bring them along and leave them there! ! !

Hallelujah what a Saviour!
