You'Re A Monster Poem by Kirsty Richards

You'Re A Monster

I saw you today, down the road with your mate
Getting on with your life, oh yeh you look great
But all I can do is remember the hate
You're a monster, and deep down you know it!

How could you do it after all we'd been through
I thought you were a friend and I trusted you
But when I said no it meant nothing to you
You're a monster, and deep down you know it!

I know you just called it 'a silly mistake'
But that's a lie and you're a fake
You took what you wanted and you watched me break
You're a monster, and deep down you know it!

You stand there so smug, but I know its lies
You keep on laughing, while my soul slowly dies
You can't hide forever behind your disguise
You're a monster, and deep down you know it!
