You'Re Gone Poem by Dinley Gilles

You'Re Gone

Rating: 4.5

I wish I could:
Erase all our mistakes; tell you I forgive you,
Tell you that I still love you, But,
All that I have now,
Are my tears to shed, and
Your name written in my heart
With gold and capital letters.
Every time I look up to heaven
I can see your star shinning over me
Guiding me trough the darkness, and
Showing me that lighted place
Where we have always wanted to go, when
An argument took you away from me
And mistake took us apart forever.
The only thought that keeps me moving forward is:
That fire burning inside of me,
Reminding me every time,
That even death cannot do anything against my love for you.

I like it, you can always refine it. Good stuff. Check your spelling. Keep at it, you will get better.
