Dont cry
Just open your eyes
and know that there is always someone out there that feels just same
We can get through the pain
And
Find this thing people call love dont worry
its not always the love that everyone imagine the one where someone loves another
You can simplyfind love in yourself
that you never had before
I know how hard it is to love yourself when you hated yourself for so long
Everything about yourself
you cant stand
Just the sight of seeing your self in the mirror disgusts your
so you hurt or strave yourself because you think that it will make the pain go away
but the pain doesnt leave
it adds more pain and suffering Nobody say anything because nobody knows
that our hand are shaking
our body have lost more then we can take
We're passed on the floor.
Our Arms and lesgs drippin the blood of our hatred
We felt like we wasnt love
But we are loved
we just couldnt see it
We didnt know how love felt because we didnt love ourself.
Self-medicate
Cutting
Waking up in a hospital bed
IV in our arm
Our family crying
not sleeping because they're worried.
Then time past..
we start loving ourselve a little bit
we starts to smile more,
being around family,
talk more about our feelings,
Going to support groups with people just like us
going out and steping in to the sunshine
everyday wasnt great
but we knew we could start again tomorrow
. Before we start loving ourselves We didnt care to see another day But now we cant wait to see the next day
