You To Me
i'm spending my days
trying to elude these feelings
of longing and yearning
..of hoping to have u once again
you are the dreams
that i cant possibly reach
you are the love
that breaks my heart into pieces
you are the life
that tears my world apart
you are the darkness
that brightens up my path.
you are the night
that wont let me fall asleep
you are the hunger
that can satisfy my craving.
you are subtle
and yet you are gentle
why cant u just see,
what you really are to me? ?

I like this, A...It owns a flounce of rhythm, that keeps the reader in step with the way you most likely would have recited it....Metre is 3/4th's of poetics worth, for without it....even the finest words can be dismerited.Very Nice Penning, young lady. ~ FjR ~ ..2008..
