You Used To Be Mine Poem by rishabh rathod

You Used To Be Mine

The early sun,
Wakes me up,
Gives a smile,
Lots of work to be done,

Saw you in the shade,
Smiling at me,
I looked at you,
And u waved at me.

You wearing a beautiful dress,
With a beautiful voice,
With a masmurising song,
U said I'm ur choice.

We were young,
I got flatten,
With the songs u sung,
I kissed on your head.

Somebody said,
U got a new friend,
Singing him the new love song,
Which is on trend.

Still I love you,
U smiling at me,
Me coming closer to you,
And u shove me.

Looking at you,
With a fake smile,
Shrouding my tears,
Punching my ears.

Saw u in the party,
Kissing someone,
U looked at me with a grin,
I smiled back to u sitting alone at a bar.

You were imperfect,
But u tried,
Dreamed of me being it groom,
And you being my bride,
You were lonely,
But u never told,
I still wished we could dine,
Coz used to be mine.
