Every young heart has an infatuation
To endear someone is a hidden notion.
The tone of voice changes expression
Efforts made to please to perfection.

Alas! It is only when you are rejected
"Who are you? " is a question belated.
Cannot accept you have been cheated
Anger and dejection keep you heated.

Cheer up for you nothing has been lost
It was never ever yours at any cost.
Perhaps a better and loving deal waits,
Happily relax now at your divine roost.
