Your Eyes Poem by David Harris

Your Eyes

Rating: 5.0

Soft is the wind
that blows through your hair.
Warm is the love,
we both share.
Bright as the sun,
way up above,
is the light in your eyes
when you’re in love.

Your hair is soft,
as first falling snow.
Your love is warm,
and will never let me go.
Your touch is gentle,
like a baby’s skin,
and when we argue,
I usually let you win.
Green as the sea,
are your eyes,
with an innocent stare,
that we can both share.

Sounds like some beautiful eyes for sure. Had some green eyes in my family; my grandmother was soothing as the sea; mother was passionate like a distant thunder storm! You didn't mess around with her too long! (smile)

'And when we argue I usually let you win' Now that's devotion for you. A sweetly voiced piece about an significant pair of green peepers, methinks. love, Allie xxxx
