it's so easy
to fall in love with your arms
and the way they feel
wrapped tight around me
so comforting
and promising
'i'll keep you safe'
they say
i don't believe it
deep down
but i want to
if i didn't know you better
i would
but you'll just run away again
oblivious to
the ease with which
i can fall in love with you
