You can't hide from your tears
You can't run from your fears
You can't beat your cheers
You know you can't run
From your all fun
And say that you've won

You can just be yourself
And I can be myself
I'm not your shelf
To lay your book
Ought ta throw it down a brook
Now you have to unhook

Me to be free
And give me the key
Can't you agree?
Just because you ran
Doesn't mean you really can
I mean the night just began!
