ज़रूरत क्या है (Zarurat Kya Hai)

मंज़िलें, सामने, हैं, अब अपने, तुम ही बोलो के,
फिर, रास्तों की, ज़रूरत क्या है,

अपने ही निशां, देखे पग - पग पर हमने, तुम ही बोलो के,
फिर, भटकने की, ज़रूरत क्या,

हम ही ख़ुद - ख़ुद मैं, ख़ुद ही हम, रहबर, तुम ही बोलो के,
फिर, आसरों की, ज़रूरत क्या है,

है ज़मीं अपनी, आसमाँ अपना, तुम ही बोलो के,
फिर, ग़ैरों को, अपना बनाने की, ज़रूरत क्या है,

आरज़ू रूह की, पाना है, यहाँ सब कुछ, तुम ही बोलो के,
फिर, उस ख़ुदा की, ज़रूरत क्या है,
