Endless Life Poem by Violet Warren

Endless Life

I feel your breath breathing down the back of my neck
but I don't know
I feel your heart beat beating inside my chest
but I don't know

I see a parachute rising up from the ground
Just like a hurricane I breathe within the clouds
I need a flurry bot to still my hands from me now
I can't take the blood stains on the snow plow
get rid of them now

whoa...I want the freedom of feeling alive
I want to see the love beaming on my insides
I wish to live in the light that has blinded my eyes
I'd love to be who I am inside

swing from a rooftop like a pigeon coop
I hold the key to all of the things in 2's
get out of the hospital parking lots, I'm not trying to be vague
I just have a kniche in my chest that's turning like the day

I get dry and aching bones everytime I see the pathway home
help me take the night, like an endless life
