Iron Maiden Poem by Santiago Lopez

Iron Maiden

Tortured in a realm of isolation.
Where souls go from degradation.
Coldness felt all around in a place so hot.
Monotonous purgatory on a mountain top.
Fixed anxieties are layered upon me.
So much that the numbness becomes apart of me.
Broken skin and broken bones.
So you may witness the piercing of my soul.
You torture me to death in a iron maiden.
Continuous hold till my soul is fading.
Damaged spirit... ruptured and old.
This is the way when you lose control.
