My Little Secret..... Poem by Michelle Guza

This secret of mine
Has been hurting inside for a while
Wanting to say it to you and see you smile
But who do I think i’m kidding
You can’t even see it in my eyes
So therefore I will hide it behind my lies
In many lines of poetry it will be found
But out loud I simply can’t make a sound
Wanting to say the unspoken words but I just sighed
Trying to lead you to believe that these feelings have died
But only the most trusted know different
You just missed the silent signs I sent
This secret is killing the beating heart
But I still remember the secrets start
Some many don’t know my secret and try to get close
All I cant thinks is “its not him, grose! ”
It’s the only secret that wont leave my mind
But the guts to tell you I just cannot find
Some can look at me and know
But the feelings I feel for you just wont let go
My well kept secret just cant be said out loud
You can probably guess my secret but I wont say his name
I’m just hoping that he feels the same! !
I cant help wishing that i’m his little secret but who will ever know
A secret is meant to be kept but is this one worth letting show? ! ? ! ? !
