Regrets Poem by Christopher Taber

Regrets

Rating: 4.5

Regrets
Two regrets
One for her and one for you
I wanted to know her, but I know you
And you’re wanted all the more for it
I’m not sure what it is about you that I’m drawn to
Well I take that back there isn’t anything that I’m not
There’s not one thing that stands out you just got it all babe, you’re hot
Long blonde hair and beautiful eyes accent a beautiful face
Setting off the perfect curves of your body making my heart race
Picking one is like naming my favorite sunrise
Each more spectacular than the last
I’m not going to let a whole n’other year pass
You’ll see me again long before that
The plans we had all left undone
They’ll get done one by one
