We did not know how much pain you were in
until the doc said, you were too far-gone

Is he there to take on so many of your tasks?

To be 19 and free,
we surely are not bored.

Always playing the forbidden games
Told she would never be loved, cared for and respected
She opted for all the trash and never was protected

I was born in Texas and I live in Indianapolis, I have one cat and two dog. I will soon be married again. Yes, I found a new love after my breakup and divorce. God is good. I will post more poems. Thanks for enjoying the ones I have.)
