A kiss can be misleading, it can
True; a gentle kiss can make you feel whole
And within a kiss you might feel one's soul

I see all your outward imperfections
But they fade away more each day
When our eyes meet so softly
And we look into each other's souls this way

To recognize beauty within someone is grace
Your heart heals more to see a smile upon their face
And the feeling lingers, it's hard to erase
The sun glistens and moves you from your stoic place

A woman's beauty
Is so precious to view
It's my favorite passtime
My favorite thing to do

I feel so in love in moments
But it's hard to sustain
I've had my heart broken once too often
I guess I realize I still carry the sadness
