Every face i see, every place I've been
Is another wistful memory forming within

As this day has passed me by

I went through it without a smile

Knowing you weren't at my side

Knowing you weren't there for

And I sit here, wasting my time,
Thinking of all the crazy moments
We've shared
The what could've been
...

I never thought it'll end like this
It all started with just a simple kiss
On a cold, dark and dismal day
I'd never thought I'll feel something this way

And I wonder how you're doing right now
Do you still feel the same somehow?
Are you lying in bed, thinking of me too?
Or am I just hopeful for things to be anew?
