حين أخرجُ من البيت
أترك الموسيقى مفتوحة
تحرسُ أرواح الموتى
موسيقى القدماء التي تحملُ رائحة العشب
وتحرسُ حدائق بابل
معلقةً في الأعماق
حين أخرج من البيت
أتركُ كلّ شيء مغلقاً على نفسه
عدا الموسيقى تضطربُ في الرُدهات الخالية
وعدا بضعَ محاراتٍ
التقطتُها من الشاطئ القريب
ليلة العاصفة
