I came to the earth
Only for few hours.
With the love of my mother,
With the care of sun and air,
I became a mature bud
With a joyful heart.
Once I expanded my petals slowly
When pure sunshine fell on me.
I became a full fledged blossom
Like a very mature young maiden.
I breathed pure and holy oxygen
And felt the happiness to live in.
Winds started carrying my sweet odour
And bees rushed to collect nectar.
Every eye was dazzled by my beauty.
Lovers longed for having me.
I am not just a rose
But beauty, Love and sacrifice.
Did you hear my mother's cry?
Did you feel my pain and agony
When I was deflowered?
No, never - nobody heard.
I came to the earth
Only for few hours.
